This is a new service we offer to help new clients, or existing clients, with an affordable “Design Build Service. We feel to actually have professionals on our Staff, “(Licensed Architects/Designers)” is a game changer to the industry. Our ADT (Architectural Design Team), will meet with our potential Clients or existing clients, for a no-cost consultation, to help the clients, better understand the possibilities and a realistic direction for any remodeling or new construction projects. We feel that this is the first step in the process, of helping clients get started for a successful and enjoyable project.
Once the ADT meets and discusses all the possibilities of the project, we then send them a proposal for a preliminary design service. This proposal will include a detailed description of everything that was discussed for the design, a physical measuring of existing conditions drawn to a scaled drawing and another drawing to scale, indicating the new proposed preliminary design for review.
If all is approved, the ADT will proceeded with their drawings, meet with the clients to review the existing and proposed drawings, revise any modifications and re-present for approval. This will also give Kling Brothers Builders concrete drawings to allow our suppliers, sub-contractors and ourselves to do “real” preliminary construction proposal costs. Through almost 35 years of experience, we feel that this is the best process to educate and help the clients understand how we arrived at the proposed cost and not just a “guess”, which is what most of our competitors carry out. With this process, if desired, we can value engineer the project to meet the clients budget and needs realistically.
