Custom Home Construction Project in Roxbury, CT

Kling Brothers Builders recently completed a new home construction project on a beautiful vacant 15-acre property in Roxbury, CT. The owner and architect, David Kubik at BKSK Architects, designed this new 3,600 square foot custom home as a year-round family retreat with many special details tailored to the specific needs and preferences of the homeowner. Kling Brothers Builders worked closely with the owners to bring their vision to life. Some key facts for this project include complicated site work, site drainage, new septic, new well, 650′ new driveway. multiple retaining walls, new pool, stepped foundation along a hillside, custom wood siding and trim details, carefully detailed bathrooms, and many custom interior millwork areas including the kitchen all built by Kling Brothers Builders.

We're so pleased... with the construction of our remodeled basement and we have to thank the entire team at Kling for bringing out vision to life. They made handling all the permits/inspections so easy and their in-house architect team was so awesome to work with as well. Our favorite feature is a custom built-in cabinet with a bench and shoe storage. We definitely hope to engage Kling again for more projects as we think about other renovation goals!read more

I contracted with... Kling Brothers to replace the roof and gutters on my house. It is a large roof with many peaks and valleys. Their crew did an outstanding job and finished the project in only 4 days. They took great care not to damage the landscaping around the house or the patio and walkways. They cleaned up around the property making sure there were no nails or tiles on the ground. They provided expert advise on the best materials to use and how to protect against ice and snow. They were professional and courteous. I highly recommend them!read more
